A Great Compassion Mantra For Relaxation and Meditation
This is a great compassion mantra and a most powerful mantra for relaxation. If you haven't yet chosen a mantra, we're also going to use it in our

This word/sound is naturally associated with stress relief. You are probably already using it because it is simple and a most powerful mantra for relaxation: "Ahhh..." Yes, it's the ancient caveman mantra. I use it myself...
You simply say it as you exhale – a sigh of relief. Or you can internally repeat it. Let's try it on. Breathe s-l-o-w-l-y in through your nostrils, then exhale through your mouth - "Ahhh..." Once more, breathe in through your nose... S-l-o-w-l-y... Hold it for a second. Then s-i-i-i-igh with relief – "Ahhhhhh..." Did your shoulders and hands just melt into a relaxed position? How about your mind, did it go blank for a second? You see, this is a great compassion mantra because you are showing
compassion for yourself.
