Let us do a nice, relaxing loving kindness meditation. This technique is about feeling the good things you wish for. Your wishes originate in your mind and become a part of your reality, so make them your best wishes...

You may sit or lay down. Find a comfortable position. Breathe slowly, in through your nostrils, out through your mouth.

Breathe... Feel your belly slowly rising and falling.

Think about your family. One at a time, wish them the best. May they be healthy, live happily, may they love one another and themselves.

Give them your love. Breathe...

Think about your friends. One at a time, wish them the best. May they be healthy, live happily, may they receive endless love.

Give them your love. The more you give, the more you receive.

Breathe with love...

Think about yourself. Wish yourself the best. May you be healthy, live happily. May you love yourself, and do unto yourself what you wish for others to do to you.

Give yourself your love.

Now gently let go of everyone and just remain with your breath.

Remain with your love.
