How to practice mantra meditation -- A great technique for beginners.


Mindfulness meditation is more difficult for most people than mantra meditation because of attitude. Explained in section 1.1, this has to do with the human problem of UNnatural, purpose-ridden attachment. Thoughts (mantras) come and go, and we tend to follow them around.
