Guided Mindfulness Exercises

Made for everyday training, these mindfulness exercises are designed for having some fun while helping you cope with expectations and (self-)criticism throughout the day.

Mindfulness involves shutting off your auto-pilot and the perception of living an A to B routine existence.

This involves detachment from routine, not life and people. Mindfulness brings you closer to what's really going on around and within you, making you a better listener, communicator, problem-solver, and thus more productive and open to unexpected opportunities.

It's about the right attitude. You'll notice that this Website is more about attitude than technique, simply because meditation and happiness involve attitude far more than technique. Just keeping it real :-). If you want to see how real it is, I suggest that you stay updated by subscribing to my monthly newsletter, Meditation Evolves.
